And first of all, thank you. Time and attention are two things I don’t take lightly.

I could tell you I’m a Senior Creative & Content Supervising Producer leading global campaigns across multiple markets, working with complex teams, big brands, and the best networks… Or I could list out skills like strategy, storytelling, multi-platform execution, audience growth, you know, KPI, CTA, TOF… all the usual acronym suspects.

​

But the truth is a bit simpler.

​

I’m a Cuban who got to the U.S. thanks to my mother winning a visa lottery, and I’ve been lucky enough to build a career doing something I genuinely enjoy, telling stories with people.

​

I work hard, mostly because I care. Not just about the outcome, but about the process, the people in the room, and the shared experience of building something together. That’s usually where the good stuff comes from.

​

I lead with curiosity, empathy, and honesty. I won’t always get it right, but the intent is there, and that tends to take you pretty far.
