The UX

How do you make a UI people already use feel… better? The goal was simple: show the depth, range, and variety of the Paramount+ library, but let's make it feel alive. Not just a grid, but something you’d want to explore. We tested different spots and UX styles and pushed creative without losing clarity. Some worked, some didn’t. Eventually, one clicked. Then the real filter: performance in the world and consumer behavior brought the data in. We refined it, cut what didn’t land, and turned it into something more useful, a flexible UX toolkit. What started as a few spots became a system. Something markets could plug into anywhere, campaigns, formats, single titles, closing walls... It scaled. International first, then the US. The UX became part of the language and an extension of our Brand.
